• Accreditation: The organizers must provide adequate credit to the original author of the images and to our platform.
• No Modification without Permission: The organizers will not be able to modify the shared images without the explicit permission of the original author, unless it is necessary to adjust the size or format of the images for online display or print purposes.
• Use for Event Promotion: The organizers will be able to use the shared images to promote the event in their different media and social networks, highlighting the participation and atmosphere of the event.

Users understand and agree that even if they remove their Content from the Platform, Event Organizers may retain the rights to use such Content as previously shared and distributed in connection with the Event.

Events promoted by HyperSpotX

HyperSpotX may promote events on the platform of which we are not the official organizers of these events, and we have no control over the specific details of the event, such as schedules, cancellations or other changes.

When interacting with events promoted by HyperSpotX, users should understand that HyperSpotX is not responsible for the management, organization or changes to such events. Users are advised to check the event terms and conditions directly with the organizer for accurate information.
